Development Management

Our team are made up of highly experienced project directors and development managers with a wealth of experience in managing development projects of differing types and in a variety of sizes.

We work with clients throughout the development process starting from RIBA stage 0 where we help create concepts and ideas through the stages of design development, to securing planning, procuring a suitable contractor, managing on-site quality and all the way through to RIBA stage 6 completion phase and subsequently into lettings, sales and post occupancy review at RIBA stage 7.

We’ll tailor our service offer to the needs of the client. Depending on the need, we can bolster the ranks of any existing ‘in house’ Development Team or department and manage their performance, or we can literally create and run a new scheme, or programme of schemes, to act as your outsourced ‘Development Team’. In that case we’d complete all tasks from sourcing and procuring the professionals required to delivering your scheme from start to finish.

We can provide effective pre-planning development management support to ensure that certain milestones are achieved. Such as undertaking consultation events, obtaining planning permission, and managing the design development and whole planning process for you.

Supporting your business, C&CC can take responsibility for your existing professional Planning Team or use our contacts to create an expert team suited to the area and your requirements in order to secure that all important planning permission.

We’ll provide experienced resources who are responsible for the day-to-day scheme management of the project and who are supported administratively and strategically via the wider C&CC team.
