Interim Development Support

C&CC have a stable of experienced associates that are available to undertake interim development assignments in a range of positions for clients.

We can offer project managers, development managers or project directors to support your development schemes or programme of schemes for a limited period of time. Additionally, we can also supply you with a managing director or chief operating officer as an interim role to support your requirements via a temporary assignment.

We’ve recently undertaken these roles for a number of housing associations, private developers and local authority housing companies both in terms of managing a business as well as undertaking a review of processes and ensuring governance is robust and fit for purpose.

We can also assist with preparing and evaluating procurement tenders and supporting staff recruitment by reviewing job applications and sitting on the interview panels.
